He/she should exhibit exemplary leadership skills to be a good leader, and he/she should lead through service in addition to understanding the importance of keeping his/her followers motivated. TIG is a great source of useful information, and it provides a platform for world wide interaction. Already I have made useful discoveries through TIG and I continue to do so, I have been able to voice out my opinions, grievances, publicize my organization and connect with other organizations with similar interests.
I am very Hopeful that with TIG, 50% of my Humanitarian Goals will be achieved. It's just a matter of time. ( read more)
